"Praskaloto na malkia bashit" or the "Chernoto praskalo"(The Black Waterfall) is a little known waterfall in the Central Stara Planina. It is located between the Hubavetc and Balkanski Rozi huts on the path from Karlovo to Vasil Levski hut on a small right tributary of the Stara Reka(Old River) It collects its waters  from the Ravnets massif and  is abounding in water throughout the year. No specific data on its height, but it is somewhere between 20 and25 meters.

In the "Mechi grob" (Bear `s Grave) area (about 20 minutes before the "Balkanski rozi" hut) you have to cross the Stara Reka(Old River) and continue up without a trail along the flow. After about 15 minutes you will reach the waterfall.
